This is an international company that needs to hire a new Associate who has prior experience in an administrative customer service position.. They are requesting someone who has an outgoing, upbeat, professional attitude to assist multi million dollar business customers. Responsibilities will involve using your up to date computer skills to create documents such as purchase orders, contracts and other documents related to customer orders. Prepare new production orders, keeping the team updated on progress. Confirm that products were delivered to customers on time. Work with customers to plan for components to make products. Manage key vendor relationships. They need a person who has a professional, friendly demeanor and a “happy to help” attitude. Because there is interaction with customers you will need an above average communication skill set. They want someone who has a college degree in business.
