What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Deliver an exceptional consumer experience for luxury products that encourages positive promotion of the employer’s offerings.
  • Manage inbound consumer calls to troubleshoot and resolve product or technical issues effectively.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation to assist with diagnosis and installation queries.
  • Utilize technology to guide consumers in identifying products and providing technical support.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions, especially in high-pressure situations.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to meet internet speed requirements and adhere to remote work policies.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and French is a plus.
