What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer inbound calls and emails for multiple lines of business, providing accurate information to candidates and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues candidates may face during the application process
- Maintain thorough documentation of candidate interactions and troubleshooting steps in the relevant systems
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy while addressing candidate concerns and inquiries
- Participate in training and team functions to enhance service delivery and collaboration
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Ability to report to work on time and manage time off throughout the year
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
