What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or pursuit of one is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-demand work environment and demonstrate teamwork

- Experience in technical support or troubleshooting for consumer products
- Familiarity with remote work technology and best practices
- Additional certifications in customer service or communication skills
