About the Role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and can keep up in a fast-moving environment. No prior call center experience required — we hire based on attitude and trainability, and we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate.
- Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between.
- After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking.

- Clear, professional communication — on the phone and in writing
- Comfort staying organized and focused during a steady stream of contacts
- A problem-solving approach and patience with customers who need help
- Your own computer and reliable internet connection (equipment is not provided)
Schedule
Full-time. During the application process you’ll fill out an availability form — we do our best to schedule around your preferences, though final schedules are based on business need.
Pay & Growth
Starting at $12/hour. Your rate increases each time you complete a new skill level — your first opportunity comes at 45 days. We promote from within when opportunities come up — many of our team members have grown into other areas of the business over time.
The Remote Setup
This is a fully remote role. You’ll need a reliable computer and internet connection to get started.
