About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for assigned dealer accounts nationwide within the Bath Remodel business. This role manages customer inquiries, resolves complex issues, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures high customer satisfaction and account retention. The position plays a critical role in maintaining strong dealer relationships and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main support contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with assigned accounts
  • Manage all communications with dealers via phone, email, and Salesforce cases
  • Proactively update customers on order status, issue resolution, and account information
  • Process customer orders and prepare correspondence to meet customer needs
  • Respond promptly to calls, emails, and Dealer Portal inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Support team efforts by completing related tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service or account support experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, supply chain, or order processing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, with flexibility for additional hours

Compensation

Starting at $21.00 USD per hour, based on experience
