Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in State College, PA. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, support tenants and internal teams, and resolve client issues to ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, assisting with property-related questions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with other team members for efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Customer Experience and creating solutions to improve client engagement
- Ability to ensure and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships
- Proficiency with technology and customer management systems
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
