About the Opportunity:

This organization operates in the home, security, and digital products sector, focusing on residential and commercial building markets. The Consumer Service team provides front-line customer support, serving as the primary contact for consumers with product, technical, or warranty questions. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service and technical assistance after comprehensive virtual training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive consumer experience that enhances brand perception and encourages word-of-mouth advocacy.

• Manage inbound calls to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and offer product and technical support solutions.

• Use technology to identify products, explain resolutions, and guide consumers through repairs or installations.

• Handle challenging situations by negotiating solutions beneficial to both the consumer and the organization.

• Maintain professional communication and composure in all interactions.

• Meet daily performance metrics, including call quality, management, productivity, and adherence to processes.

• Document consumer information, product details, and troubleshooting steps accurately.

• Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or progress toward one preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Word; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.

• Ability to maintain focus in a low-mobility, high-observation work environment.

• Positive attitude with flexibility and teamwork capabilities.

• Must meet internet speed requirements, pass background and drug screens, maintain a secure workspace, and comply with the Remote Work Policy.

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $37,000 per year ($17.79 per hour).

• Eligibility for an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.

• 100% remote position with all necessary equipment provided.

• Scheduled training beginning March 23, 2026, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

• Regular work hours are an 8-hour shift between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm Central Time Monday through Saturday, with Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
