Position Type: Full-Time | Fan Relations

Position Overview The Dallas Bulls are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to fans, season ticket holders, and clients. This role is crucial for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone interacting with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to fan inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist with ticket sales, account management, and event information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, and operations teams to communicate updates and promotions.
  • Provide support during game days and special events as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall fan experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or fan relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
