What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage high call volumes by taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Assist customers by finding solutions and providing support
- Maintain composure and efficiency while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions
- Ensure punctuality and great attendance throughout employment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be available for shifts between 8:00am – 12:00am ET
- Minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
- Strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Must pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
