Customer Relations / Sales Specialist (Remote)

The Marissa Turner Agency is seeking individuals interested in building a career in life insurance/financial services, supporting clients who have requested information about solutions.

In this role, you’ll serve as a guide and ongoing resource—helping clients understand their options, navigate coverage, and maintain support over time.

Role Overview

• 100% remote
• Commission-based compensation
• Independent contractor (1099)
• Flexible schedule (part-time to full-time and anything in between – work the schedule that fits your life)

This is a performance-based opportunity with no base salary. Earnings are directly tied to production and consistency. Hard work = a nice bank account

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals who have requested information
• Conduct virtual appointments (phone or Zoom)
• Assess needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Support clients through the application process
• Maintain ongoing client relationships
• Follow a structured system with training provided
