About the Opportunity:

The organization is a mission-driven team focused on creating an engagement platform for churches, Christian ministries, non-profits, and businesses worldwide. The Customer Onboarding Specialist role is designed to guide clients through the onboarding process post-sale, ensuring they adopt the services effectively and achieve maximum satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building, and graphic design

• Offer creative direction and solutions via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing

• Curate client onboarding journeys and ensure apps pass internal review within six weeks of signup

• Review client apps for quality assurance

• Collaborate with the team on projects to improve client experience

• Troubleshoot complex client issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Experience using Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps

Bonus Qualifications:

• Basic coding knowledge

• Experience with Photoshop or other image manipulation and design software

Compensation:

• Total compensation between $50,000 and $55,000 per year
