Job Description
Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager, IC3 — Oracle Health
Job Summary:
The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of Oracle Health projects for the key strategic account. Leveraging 4–6 years of project management experience, this role focuses on maintaining project schedules, facilitating communication between Oracle and customer teams, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and supporting operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Oversight:
· Maintain and update status reports for all active, upcoming, and completed projects in the portfolio.
· Audit project assignments and ensure correct roles (primary/secondary PM) are captured and reflected in tracking systems.
· Monitor progress and update project status spreadsheets daily; address changes and ensure accuracy of information.
Stakeholder Communication & Meeting Support
· Schedule, prepare, and participate in regular internal and external status meetings (including weekly, bi-weekly, and ad hoc updates).
· Distribute agendas, document notes, and coordinate follow-up on meeting action items.
· Serve as a key point of contact for project updates and facilitate effective communication between Oracle and customers stakeholders.
Compliance & Process Management
· Fulfill all consulting compliance requirements: milestone reviews, invoice approvals, project/task closures, Monthly Status Report and updates, program slide deck maintenance, and write-offs.
· Prepare and submit monthly leadership updates and go-live announcements as required.
· Identify key area for process improvement and operational rigor.
Resource & Contract Support
· Initiate project staffing for newly signed contracts, collaborating with resource analysts and using the Demand & Slotting Tool.
· Support the contract handoff and sales turnover process by leveraging documentation and working with sales and delivery leads.
Issue Resolution & Escalation
· Monitor action items and outstanding requests proactively, escalating issues to leadership when necessary for timely resolution.
· Engage with internal and customer contacts to address project risks, delays, or important escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 4–6 years of project management or customer engagement experience, preferably in healthcare IT or consulting environments.
· Solid track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
· Effective verbal and written communicator with internal teams and external customers.
· Proficient in project management tools (e.g. SharePoint, JIRA, Oracle APEX) with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Solid understanding of compliance processes, project tracking, and reporting best practices.
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
Key Relationships:
· Oracle Health project managers, resource analysts, sales representatives, and finance contacts.
· Customer stakeholders (project reviewers, intake approvers, domain owners).
· Internal program leads, escalation contacts, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
