Custodian- Full Time (Tuesday-Saturday)
Job Description The Custodian @ The Fountains provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday: 6PM-2:30AMFriday:12PM-8:30PMSaturday: 9am-5:30PMPay: $16.50/hrWhat will I do every day?
- Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
- Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- High school graduate preferred
- Six months to one year of custodial experience
- Experience working in a senior environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
