Creative Operations & Content Coordinator
Job Overview
Elite Content Studio and Mia Upshaw Productions are seeking a highly organized and creative Creative Operations & Content Coordinator to assist with day-to-day studio operations, content production, project coordination, and film-related support. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and creativity and is interested in growing within the digital media, film, and creative agency space.

This role will support both companies with content management, social media coordination, client communication, project organization, creative execution, and occasional film production support across multiple brands and projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple moving parts.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with content planning and scheduling across social media platforms
- Editing and repurposing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Assisting with graphic design and content creation using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Helping organize internal workflows, task boards, folders, and project timelines
- Coordinating team communication, reminders, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Assisting with podcast, webinar, and production-related administrative tasks
- Organizing client assets, approvals, and deliverables
- Assisting with meeting preparation, notes, and task tracking
- Conducting trend research and helping brainstorm creative content ideas
- Supporting overall studio operations and helping improve systems and organization
- Assisting with film production coordination tasks when needed, including organizing production documents, talent communication, call sheets, asset organization, production scheduling support, and behind-the-scenes content assistance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Google Drive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and content workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative agency, production company, podcast, or digital media experience is a plus
- Interest or experience in film production, media production, or entertainment is highly preferred
This role is currently contract-based with room for long-term growth as the companies continue to scale. We are looking for someone who is reliable, collaborative, creative, and excited to help build structure within growing creative businesses.
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour
