The Creative Digital Marketing Associate supports digital marketing efforts for Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club and the Labrie Group’s family of brands. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role combines creative production with day-to-day campaign execution, including artist marketing, content creation, social media management, and email communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about storytelling and audience engagement.

Required:

  • 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related creative role (experience in live entertainment, hospitality, or music industries a plus)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience with relevant software applications, digital platforms and basic knowledge of website development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable attending evening/weekend shows and events as needed for content capture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Must be able to commute to our locations in Portsmouth, NH

What You Will Do:

  • Own the relationship/outreach with artists and agencies for artist and show marketing initiatives
  • Develop creative assets and ensure timely submission for artist approval
  • Collaborate with the Box Office to coordinate show announcements across digital platforms
  • Assist with writing and editing show-specific copy for social media, email blasts, and web pages
  • Generating creative, both static graphics and video; digital and print.
  • Design and execute organic social campaigns for to maximize ticket sales and engagement
  • Execute broader organic social media strategies promoting food and beverage and special events
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews on social media
  • Interact with artist’s social media pages; ensure artists are actively promoting shows at Jimmy’s
  • Collaborate with Production Department in securing show footage to promote across digital channels
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing to run and optimize social ad campaigns
  • Attend select concerts and events to capture content
  • Conduct light website and YouTube maintenance
  • Ensure digital and print materials align with brand standards and strategic goals
  • Distribute email campaigns about shows, promotions, events, and specials
  • Manage marketing-related administrative tasks such as partner network database maintenance, digital asset folders, etc.
  • Creative projects for other properties such as menu and signage creation
