Conversions Analytics Consultant

Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation are key components for any company’s online strategy and to this end Latitude is committed to ensuring our clients work with best-in-class technology. By supporting new and existing clients from across the business you will play a key role in delivering our Conversion Analytics service both as a consultant and in house specialist.
Role Responsibilities:

Use and develop web analytics skills to deliver high quality performance analysis for new and existing clients

Perform deep-dive data analysis to provide clients with actionable insight in line with their overall business goals

Undertake the training of external and internal customers on key web analytics tools and practices

Provide technical support to the company on web analytics tools

Manage Latitude’s Conversion Rate Optimisation service — The Conversion Project

Identification of website weaknesses or conversion ‘bottlenecks’ through web analytics

Diagnosis of these issues via website usability methods and tools

Creation of Test Plans to rectify identified problems, including the design of alternate website pages to pit in an A/B or MVT experiment.

Deployment of experiments using a variety of platforms.

Present conclusions and recommendations

Manage Conversion Projects for new and existing clients remotely or on-site in the form of secondments

Create case studies based on successful conversion projects

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to extol the benefits of the optimisation process
Advantageous Skills / Experience
- 2 years’ experience using web analytics tools, specifically Omniture SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics at an advanced level
- Experience with CRO platforms such as Google Website Optimiser or Optimost
- Experience with usability tools such as ClickTale or CrazyEgg
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with photo editing tools such as Photoshop is a plus
- Client facing experience, ideally with experience of presenting to groups
