Controller

Job Summary:

ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced on-site and strategic Controller to oversee our company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and team leadership, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and fixed assets

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets

• Manage audit relationships and coordinate external audits

• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader

• Experience with forensic accounting is a PLUS

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and internal controls

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
