About the Role

The Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in managing the entire contract lifecycle within the Legal Department. This position supports scalable commercial growth by partnering with multiple internal teams to ensure efficient and consistent contracting processes. The role is key to enabling rapid sales cycles and maintaining risk controls, contributing directly to the organization’s operational efficiency and business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of commercial agreements through intake, drafting, negotiation support, execution, renewal, and amendments
  • Draft, review, and redline contracts including MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, and Vendor/Supplier Agreements
  • Ensure timely contract turnaround to support rapid sales cycles while maintaining risk controls
  • Use CLM platforms and AI tools to streamline contract review, redlining, workflow management, and reporting
  • Track contractual obligations, commercial terms, renewal timelines, and compliance
  • Provide solution-oriented support to internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate deal closure
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and operational efficiency in the Commercial Legal function

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management and commercial legal operations within B2B SaaS companies
  • Paralegal or Law diploma/degree, or equivalent professional experience in contract management
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume contracting in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with independent judgment and adaptability
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems; experience with DocuSign CLM is a strong asset
  • Experience using AI tools or legal technology to improve contracting efficiency is an asset

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000.
