Responsibilities
- Lead creative exploration to achieve high-level business goals with actionable, scalable solutions
- Own end-to-end content creative process for TV App features
- Translate creative requirements into clear documentation to guide development and QA
- Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Human Interface, Marketing, Business teams, and external agencies
- Drive development and launch of innovative media formats, content types, and product features
Requirements
- Extensive cross-functional partnership experience (Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Business)
- Strong background in content creation and creative production processes (subscription services experience preferred)
- Visionary understanding of TV product creative, including UX principles, storytelling, motion, sound, layout, and typography
- Experience building platforms and launching features with minimal direction
- Proven leadership of large cross-functional initiatives and vendor management
