Position: Content Analyst (Media & Insights)

Role Responsibilities

Review and assess Gmail inbox architectures, labeling systems, and categorization logic to determine optimization opportunities.
Provide detailed, structured, and actionable feedback on email organization and user experience.
Identify recurring patterns in communication workflows to support AI training for better content understanding and prioritization.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality datasets and evaluation rubrics essential for AI development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on AI system outputs and ensure intuitive digital workflows.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the evaluation and feedback process.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills, particularly in digital communication contexts.
Be familiar with Gmail and best practices for email organization, including labels, filters, and folder structures.
Have a proven ability to provide clear, structured, and concise written feedback on complex workflows.
Have experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment.
Be comfortable collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team setting.
Have a passion for technology and a keen interest in digital workflow optimization.
