Our team is responsible for ensuring product configurations meet strict engineering and customer standards.What You Will Be Doing As the Configuration Analyst Associate you will be responsible for safeguarding the integrity of shipped hardware and managing engineering change documentation.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Review shippers to verify hardware configurations align with customer requirements.

• Analyze design-change proposals and assess their impact on overall product and system performance.

• Coordinate modification records, change orders, and required authorizations.

• Prepare and deliver change-effect reports for internal teams and subcontractors.

• Synchronize configuration-management activities across engineering, quality, support, and manufacturing.

college in a related discipline, or equivalent

Software library experience
Full knowledge of industry and company
practices
Aerospace and/or electronics manufacturing
