Community Partnerships Intern
About CoPatible
CoPatible is a voice first experience platform that curates small, in person group experiences based on how people feel today and the life chapter they are navigating. We design intimate circle experiences of 4 to 6 people so connection feels natural, relevant, and low pressure.
We’re starting with founders who are new to San Francisco and expanding into other life chapters over time. Everything is early, hands on, and deeply human.
The Role
We’re looking for a Community Partnerships & Growth Intern to help us bring CoPatible to life in the real world. This role sits at the intersection of community building, partnerships, and experiential growth.
You’ll help source partners, support in person experiences, and grow our early community of founders through thoughtful, relationship driven outreach.
What You’ll Work On
- Support planning and execution of in person circle experiences
- Identify and build relationships with community partners (accelerators, coworking spaces, founder groups, wellness studios, cafes, restaurants)
- Help coordinate logistics for small group experiences (venues, confirmations, reminders)
- Assist with founder onboarding flow and alignment calls (note taking, insights, follow ups)
- Support grassroots growth efforts (referrals, partnerships, small activations)
- Gather qualitative feedback from experiences and community members
- Help shape how CoPatible shows up in the SF founder ecosystem
Who You Are
- Interested in startups, community building, or human centered products
- Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
- Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Excited about in person experiences and real world connection
- Based in or near San Francisco (preferred)
- Bonus: experience in events, community, marketing, or partnerships
Why This Role Is Special
- You’ll help build a product from zero to one
- You’ll work directly with the founder
- You’ll shape the culture and community from the very beginning
- You’ll gain hands on experience across growth, partnerships, and operations
- Strong opportunity to grow into a full time role as the company scales
