Community Manager | Jersey City | $120K + Bonus

We are representing a leading owner/operator of institutional-quality multifamily assets in the search for a Community Manager to lead a 500-unit, newly delivered Class A luxury lease-up in Jersey City.

This is a flagship opportunity for an experienced multifamily leader with a strong track record in lease-ups, operational leadership, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations for a 500-unit luxury community

• Drive lease-up strategy, occupancy, and revenue performance

• Execute pricing strategy, concessions, and market positioning

• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and operational KPIs

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing on-site team

• Manage vendor relationships, capital projects, and maintenance initiatives

• Ensure an exceptional resident experience while maximizing asset performance

Ideal Background

• Experience managing 400+ unit Class A or flagship multifamily communities

• Proven lease-up or new development experience from delivery through stabilization

• Strong expertise in revenue management, pricing, and rent optimization

• Experience overseeing capital projects, vendor management, and preventative maintenance

• Commercially minded, hands-on leadership style with strong operational discipline

Compensation

• Base salary: Up to $120,000

• Quarterly performance bonus
