Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Job Summary The Commercial team serves as Stellantis Financial Services subject matter experts for Commercial Lending Responsibilities include sales dealer on boarding on going dealer servicing risk mitigation and work out The Commercial Relationship Manager CRM under the direction of the Director of Commercial Lending Operations interacts directly with dealers to carry out responsibilities As we are a new department this is an opportunity to help shape a captive automotive commercial lending department for long term success The first several months will be spent in part developing processes and policies working with key vendors on systems and creating a dealer value proposition to set SFS up for success Essential Duties & Responsibilities Personal career growth work with Director Commercial to map a development plan tailored to your personal career goalsEngage directly with Field Sales to build dealer relationships Participate in the sales process with responsibility for Commercial sales objectivesFull qualification of Commercial loan prospectsStructure SFS Commercial loans including pricing in accordance with SFS pricing model and return targets Commercial products to include floorplan capital loans line of credit real estate construction and cash managementServe as voice of the customer within SFS for Commercial products Follow through with leadership communication as necessary product creation productprocess modification and closing the circle with our dealer customersCoordinate with dealer Field Sales and Underwriting to drive an efficient underwriting process with a focus on customer satisfactionLead the Commercial account on boarding process including asset verification and legal document creation dissemination and archivingOwn the on going dealer risk mitigation process to include financial statement submission spreading and adjustments ratio and trend analysis red flags reporting and periodic formal account reviews Also the effective communication of all of the above to appropriate SFS stake holdersOn going account maintenance for example increased security guarantees or pricing in response to increased risk or security releases or decreased pricing in response to decreased risk or market pressuresInteract with dealers to manage existing SFS Commercial accounts within SFS policies and processes To include exception escalation and documentationQuickly and effectively respond to any bounced floorplan payments leveraging developed dealer relationshipsContribute to the work out process with problem accounts;
