As a Technician II reporting to the Service Manager, deliver elite refrigeration service with a can-do attitude, mentoring juniors and prioritizing safety/customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose/repair failures in refrigeration systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers, controls); perform maintenance on ice machines, coolers, freezers (Superheat/Subcooling/Delta T)
- Repair/replace parts; maintain PM schedules and communicate with dispatch/clients on issues, repairs, and procedures
- Supervise/mentor apprentices; ensure quality, timelines, and safety compliance
Requirements
- Active EPA Certification; OSHA 10
- 5+ years commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record; flexible for on-call/shifts
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay ($28–$35/hour based on experience).
