Commercial Carpenter (Commercial Construction) — Ithaca, NY

Schedule/Shift

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM — 3:30 PM

Cedar Park Group is hiringfor a seasoned Commercial Carpenter for a project in Ithaca, NY. This role requires strong commercial carpentry experience and the ability to work independently while delivering clean, quality workmanship.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of commercial carpentry experience (required)

  • Ability to install steel studs and wood studs

  • Experience installing insulation

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow layout/field direction

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance/work ethic

  • Must be able to work the full schedule: M–F, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Install steel and wood stud framing according to drawings and field layout

  • Install insulation as required for walls/ceilings/partitions

  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain jobsite safety practices and keep work areas clean and organized

  • Coordinate with site supervision and other trades to support production goals
