Collections Analyst

HornBill has a client seeking a Collections Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts (MA). Duties Include:

• Collect and reconcile receivable balances

• Audit lease documents or purchase orders to validate billing

• Initiate telephone contact, maintain follow up customers, and initiate escalation for review when needed

• Administer past due or default notices

• Maintain collection notes

• Provide AR reporting for contracts or invoice aging balances

• Follow up on arrangements made for resolution of outstanding balances

• Knowledge of SunGard

• Candidates should have the knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
