Dearborn, MI – Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Must-Haves:

Azure platform & MS administration (policies, licensing, config)

API, Power Automate, custom Azure BOTs & MCP technology

SaaS technologies & vendor management

ServiceNow (requests, incidents, problems)

Agile/Scrum/Kanban & JIRA

Hardware/software support & troubleshooting

Project management & ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

Serve as L2 support for MS Teams, Miro, Slido & automation tools

Triage & resolve escalated issues with vendor core teams

Develop & launch new technologies (AI/LLM features, APIs, 3rd party MCP)

Build & support Azure application automations & integrations

Manage ticket workflows and report in ServiceNow

Participate in Agile planning, testing & new release cycles

Nice to Have:

Supplier/global team experience, security best practices & threat modeling

Education:

Bachelor’s preferred | HS Diploma required
