Role Description
We are seeking a Co-Founder/Lead Engineer (Cyber-Physical Systems) for a full-time, remote role based in the United States. In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative cyber-physical technologies, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to bring research-based solutions to market, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Key responsibilities include designing and prototyping system architectures, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and engaging with stakeholders to drive the adoption of our solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability in problem-solving, system design, and data interpretation.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation.
• Sales and Marketing Experience: Ability to support product commercialization and business development.
• Research Expertise: Proven track record in conducting research to develop and enhance cyber-physical system technologies.
• Leadership: Experience managing diverse teams and mentoring members, preferably in a startup environment.
• Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with agentic AI and its application in OT and IT infrastructure is a significant advantage.
Compensation & Equity
This position is equity-only (5–10%) during the current R&D phase. Upon the closing of our pre-seed funding round in 2026, the role will transition to a market-rate salary of $140,000–$160,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
