About StarHire

StarHire is an end-to-end one-way video interview platform that helps small businesses hire faster. Applicants complete a filtering form, qualified candidates record short video answers, and StarHire handles the rest — automated messages, AI summaries, and a clean pipeline. We built it because the alternatives forced us to stitch together five separate tools to run a workable hiring process.

I’m looking for a co-founder to take full commercial ownership and drive StarHire to product-market fit alongside me.

What you’ll own

Win the first meaningful set of paying customers, turn that into a repeatable acquisition system, and build a product and operating rhythm that delivers strong retention — clean enough to scale or sell.

Revenue end-to-end: lead gen, sales, onboarding, retention, expansion. Pricing and packaging. The commercial roadmap and what we build next. Day-to-day operations, tooling, support, and reporting. Customer success from activation through renewal.

What I’m looking for

  • Proven track record getting B2B SaaS customers from scratch
  • Strong sales execution: outbound, demos, objection handling, closing, pipeline hygiene
  • Marketing that converts: positioning, offers, landing pages, email sequences, partnerships
  • High product judgement — knows what to build, what to ignore, what to fix now
  • Some experience working with developers to ship features
  • Data fluency: weekly numbers, CAC/LTV, drop-offs, quick action
  • Ability to recruit and manage contractors when needed
