Location: United States (Remote)

Overview:

We are a U.S.-based digital infrastructure platform with 30MW-500W energized capacity in Texas, transitioning into next-generation AI data centers with integrated energy solutions. The company is entering a pre-IPO phase and engaging with institutional investors and strategic partners.

We are seeking a senior U.S.-based executive to support capital markets positioning and public company readiness in a market-facing, board-aligned role, working alongside the founders and established management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in investor and capital markets engagement

• Support IPO readiness, roadshow strategy, and public company positioning

• Provide strategic guidance on partnerships across AI, data center, and energy sectors

• Contribute at the Board / advisory level

Preferred Profile:

• U.S.-based executive with significant senior leadership experience

• Background in infrastructure, energy, data centers, or capital-intensive industries

• Experience working with investors, financial institutions, or IPO processes

• Collaborative, pragmatic leadership style

• Works in coordination with founders and existing management team
