Monday–Friday, overtime and weekends as needed
PAY RATE:
$20.00/hr plus shift differential

Job Summary
The CNC Operator is responsible for producing high-precision machined parts by setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines. This role ensures that all production meets quality, efficiency, and safety standards while maintaining accurate records and supporting overall operational success.
Work environments may include manufacturing facilities and production floors, requiring a strong focus on precision, consistency, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and specifications

Run tools per specifications and ensure quality standards are met

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed

Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Document production data, including tool counts, scrap rates, and process updates

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Fulfill additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

CNC machine operation and setup experience preferred

Strong understanding of precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Basic computer skills for machine controls and tracking systems

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience & Education
-
High School Diploma or GED required

Manufacturing experience required

Experience with precision machining or CNC equipment preferred
