Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Closer to join our team in a remote capacity. The Closer will be responsible for managing client communications, guiding prospects through the sales process, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role involves active collaboration with team members, handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and confirming final agreements. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to customer service while demonstrating expertise in deal negotiations and closures.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and provide exceptional support
  • Expertise in Closings and Deal Closure processes, including experience guiding clients to final agreements
  • Familiarity with Escrow procedures and related financial processes
  • Proactive approach to solving client challenges while maintaining a customer-first attitude
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of sales processes
  • Previous experience in consulting, sales, or revenue infrastructure roles is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
