At Ribeye Media, the Client Success Director is a senior leader within the Client Success team, responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth across a rapidly expanding book of business. This role will oversee a team of Client Success Managers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of exceptional campaign performance and strategic guidance for our partners.
We’re looking for someone who can lead by example — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution — while scaling our client success function as Ribeye continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and mentor a team of Client Success Managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Lead key client relationships, acting as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Foster and grow relationships across the entire Ribeye book of business.
- Partner closely with Ad Ops, Sales, and Product to ensure seamless campaign delivery, troubleshooting, and proactive performance optimization.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to inform platform improvements and innovation based on client feedback.
- Present campaign performance insights, strategic recommendations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to senior client stakeholders.
- Monitor overall client health metrics and take proactive measures to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Contribute to company-wide strategy and forecasting, representing the client perspective in key business discussions.
We’re excited if you have
- 6 years experience in client success, account management, or strategy within ad tech, digital media buying, or programmatic advertising.
- 2 years experience managing or mentoring direct reports in a client-facing capacity.
- Proven track record of owning and growing high-value client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem , including DSPs, measurement, and media buying.
- Strong analytical skills — experienced in using data to drive strategic decisions (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva a plus).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading senior client meetings and internal cross-functional discussions.
- Process-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment .
