Client Success Director
The Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Director who knows how to turn relationships into results. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, expand our existing book of business, and identify new opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow key client accounts across multiple service lines.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compliance and marketing technology solutions.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
What You Bring
- Strong background in consulting, customer success, or solution delivery.
- Experience working with OneTrust or related compliance/marketing tech platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Quota ownership mindset and the ability to identify business expansion opportunities.
