Client Development CoordinatorIn-Home Care | Unlimited Commission PayJob Summary Senior Helpers, a leading home care company in Southeast Texas, is seeking a motivated, people-focused Client Development Coordinator to help grow our in-home care services. This entry-level role focuses on following up with leads, speaking with families, and supporting referral relationships. Training is provided.This position offers a unlimited commission and opportunities for growth.Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from families and referral sources
  • Speak with families to understand care needs and explain services
  • Schedule assessments and coordinate next steps with the care team
  • Follow up consistently with leads to support new client starts
  • Assist with referral partner follow-up and community outreach
  • Track leads and activity in the CRM system
  • Work toward monthly performance goals with coaching and support

Qualifications Required

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, intake, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized with good follow-through
  • Comfortable working toward goals
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care
  • Prior sales or commission experience (not required)
