What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support Claims Adjusters in the intake, documentation, and processing of transportation-related incidents
  • Collect, organize, and manage relevant documentation, including driver and police reports and medical records
  • Professionally respond to internal and external inquiries via calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate electronic claim files in the claims management system
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in insurance, logistics, or claims support
  • Previous auto claims experience is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Familiarity with legal and transportation terminology/documents
  • Experience with claims management software
