Civil Engineer

Project Leadership

• Lead civil and industrial engineering projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, and close-out
• Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, risks, and resources
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors

Engineering Oversight

• Provide professional engineering judgment and technical direction
• Review, approve, and seal engineering plans and calculations as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Client & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery
• Support proposals, presentations, and business development efforts

Quality, Safety & Performance

• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability
• Oversee QA/QC processes and constructability reviews
• Identify challenges early and implement practical, value-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of engineering experience with increasing project responsibility
• Proven experience managing civil and/or industrial projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with industrial facilities, utilities, manufacturing, or large-scale civil infrastructure
• PMP or other project management certification
• Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera
