Children’s Pastor – Salem, OR

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a Pastor of Preschool Ministries to provide leadership pastoral care and ministry oversight for children from birth through preschool age and their families This full time pastoral role leads volunteers and staff oversees curriculum and ministry environments partners with parents in the spiritual development of their children and helps create safe welcoming and engaging spaces where young children can begin building a foundation of faith We are seeking someone who is relational organized and passionate about ministering to young children and their families The ideal candidate will have experience in childrens ministry education or pastoral leadership and enjoy equipping volunteers supporting parents and maintaining strong ministry systems This position is primarily onsite and requires regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday preschool ministry programming along with weekday office hours dedicated to ministry planning volunteer development and administrative responsibilities To apply please submit a resume cover letter and two letters of recommendation to employmentsalemallianceorg by Friday July 17
