Role Description

Lead the business behind exceptional design.

Spina O’Rourke + Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operations of our award-winning commercial architecture and interior design firm located in downtown West Palm Beach.

The COO will partner directly with ownership to drive operational excellence, improve project delivery, strengthen team accountability, and support the firm’s continued growth. This executive role oversees project operations, staffing, resource planning, business systems, technology, and organizational leadership.

++Qualifications:++

10+ years of executive leadership experience

Professional services experience required; architecture, engineering, interior design, or construction industry experience strongly preferred

Proven success leading teams, improving operations, and driving organizational growth

Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen

This is a full-time, in-office leadership position.
