1. About Our Client:

The organization operates in the startup incubation and early-stage company development space, managing both a founder incubator and an operating startup. It addresses the challenge of supporting new entrepreneurs and startup growth by providing programs, resources, and operational guidance. 2. About the Opportunity:

The Chief of Staff works directly with the Founder & CEO to drive key priorities across both the incubator and the startup. This role is designed for early-career candidates seeking hands-on experience and rapid growth through high ownership and direct involvement in operations, program management, and growth initiatives. It plays a critical role in executing projects that support company growth and founder success.

3. Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Founder & CEO to execute key priorities across both the incubator and startup

• Manage projects from conception to completion involving operations, programs, and growth

• Support sales and go-to-market efforts including lead generation, outreach, CRM management, deal tracking, and customer onboarding at the startup

• Assist in launching and improving founder programs and daily operations of the incubator

4. Requirements:

• Early-career experience, typically new graduates to approximately two years of relevant experience

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks

• Clear communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Curiosity, resourcefulness, adaptability, and motivation to learn and grow quickly

• Interest in operations, startups, or entrepreneurship

• Bonus: prior internships or experience related to startups, sales, business operations, program management, or growth

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
