Chief Executive Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer at Bitexen South Africa. The CEO will lead the strategic direction of the organization, oversee business operations, ensure financial stability, and foster growth to achieve the company’s vision and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving sales initiatives, and fostering partnerships to expand the company’s presence in the market. The CEO will act as the face of the organization and collaborate closely with the executive team and stakeholders to deliver measurable success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance and Operations Management
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven ability to lead Sales initiatives and drive revenue growth
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience working in senior leadership roles within financial, technology, or related industries
• Ability to oversee remote teams effectively and deliver results across geographies
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the digital asset industry or blockchain technology is an advantage but not mandatory
