Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in Black Mountain, NC. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for driving the company’s overall vision, strategy, and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, managing operations, setting strategic goals, and leading the business planning efforts of the two locations. The CEO will also play a critical role in driving sales initiatives, fostering partnerships, and representing the company to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, including budget management and financial forecasting
- Proven experience in Operational Management and Business Planning, with an emphasis on optimizing workflows and organizational efficiency
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and nurturing client relationships
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and ability to define and achieve long-term business objectives
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and inspire a strong company culture
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
