The Chief Capital Allocation Strategist is a senior executive responsible for defining and guiding the organization’s capital allocation strategy, ensuring that financial resources are deployed across investments, businesses, and initiatives in a disciplined, risk-aware, and value-creating manner.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the company’s capital allocation framework across growth investments, portfolio priorities, and strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital deployment options, and portfolio rebalancing decisions
  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, Investment, and Executive Leadership to align capital decisions with long-term objectives
  • Monitor returns, risk, liquidity, and market conditions to guide allocation priorities
  • Develop scenario planning, performance analysis, and governance processes to support capital decisions
  • Recommend adjustments to improve capital efficiency, resilience, and value creation
  • Build and lead a small, high-impact team focused on strategic capital allocation
