Chief Business Officer

We’re seeking an accomplished Chief Business Officer to lead business strategy, partnership development, and global out-licensing initiatives for an innovative biotech organization advancing novel therapeutics.

Ideal Background

• PhD in life sciences (or equivalent advanced scientific degree) preferred
• Proven track record in biotech business development, particularly in out-licensing
• Deal sheet of large-scale pharma deals
• Strong network across pharma/biotech and experience leading negotiations for high-value partnerships
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-stage environment and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with oncology / auto-immune diseases
