What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams
  • Drive cross-team technical alignment and dependency management
  • Lead enterprise release readiness and risk management to ensure compliance
  • Provide executive-level visibility into program health, including milestones and risks
  • Improve delivery predictability and operational excellence through process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must have Scrum Master Certification
  • 5-8+ years of proven program leadership experience in enterprise or regulated environments
  • 5+ years of technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architecture
  • 5+ years of experience using Jira or similar agile project management tools
  • 1 year of experience working with hospital health systems or in the clinical healthcare industry

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Influence-driven leadership style with strong executive communication skills
  • Structured problem-solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Agile or TPM certifications are a plus
