What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage patient scheduling for radiology appointments and obtain necessary insurance information
• Answer multi-line phone calls for multiple locations and handle incoming faxes
• Send out medical records as required
• Exercise judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Background in healthcare preferred
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with patients and team members
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with insurance processes and medical record management
• Strong technical skills in using scheduling software
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools in radiology
