Job Description

his role supports the Ethics and Compliance team by managing the administrative and coordination aspects of investigations from intake through resolution. Day to day, the Case Coordinator will receive and document complaints submitted through the Ethics Line and other reporting channels, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained in the electronic case management system. They will track open investigations, communicate regularly with assigned investigators on case status, and ensure cases are properly updated and closed once approved. The role also maintains cases placed on Legal Hold by coordinating with the Legal Department, managing file transfers, and responding to requests for documentation. Additionally, the Case Coordinator will prepare case summaries, statistical reports, and presentation materials as needed, while consistently adhering to company policies, timelines, and confidentiality standards.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Case Management systems experience -Experience in healthcare, regulatory compliance, human resources, or related field

  • Experience preparing case summaries, reports, or investigation metrics

  • Data analytics experience
