Caregiver — Part-Time (Weekends) Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53220 Schedule: Fridays, 8:30am to 12PM Job Type: Part-time

Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client during weekend hours. This position focuses on personal care, safety, and companionship while following an established care plan.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing and showering

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with dressing and personal grooming

Prepare meals

Perform light housekeeping tasks

Help maintain a safe home environment

Schedule appointments for physicians and laboratory visits

Safely operate and assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift

Qualifications:

Hoyer lift experience is required

Previous caregiving experience is preferred

Ability to assist with personal care tasks

Reliable, punctual, and compassionate

Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
